Begegnungen brought together two distinct visual languages: Kristin Damaschke’s abstract painting and Alex Tiffert’s Poetic Street Photography.

Fleeting moments of urban reality met open compositions of colour, form and emotion. Rather than illustrating one another, the works entered into a visual dialogue, creating unexpected resonances between the real and the abstract.

Presented as image pairs, the works became conversation, echo and mirror — opening spaces in which perception could shift and new meanings emerge.
